Dr. Henry Lin

Co-founder, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Henry Yu Lin is a co-founder of our company and has served as our chairman, chief executive officer and chief architect since our inception in October 2005. He is responsible for our overall strategic leadership and product planning in China and other developing countries. From 2004 to 2005, he served as an associate professor at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. he received his dual bachelor degrees in telecommunication engineering and mechanical electrical engineering, and a Ph.D in communication and information systems from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

Omar Khan

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Omar Khan joined the company in January, 2012 as Co-CEO and will direct NQ Mobile globally, alongside Dr. Henry Lin. In addition, Mr. Khan will focus on the global expansion of NQ Mobile into markets such as North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan, Korea and India. He joined NQ Mobile from Citigroup, where he was Managing Director & Global Head of the Mobile Center of Excellence and led the company’s mobile development and delivery efforts globally. Prior to that, Mr. Khan served in multiple senior executive roles at Samsung Mobile. During this tenure, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and the Chief Product & Technology officer and was responsible for Samsung Mobile’s strategy, product, technology, content and services functions. Prior to joining Samsung, Mr. Khan spent eight years at Motorola, where his last role was Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Business Operations for the Mobile Devices Business. Mr. Khan has been honored by Crain’s Chicago Business Magazine with a “40 under 40” award and was nominated by Androinica as Android Person of the Year. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He completed his graduate work in conjunction with the Sloan School of Management in the field of System Dynamics.

Vincent Shi

Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Vincent Wenyong Shi is a co-founder of our company. He has served as our director since January 2011, and as our chief operating officer since our inception in October 2005. He is responsible for the operations of our company, including management of business operations, channel development, and online business development.

Suhai Ji

Chief Financial Officer

Suhai Ji is the chief financial officer of our company and has served as our chief financial officer since November 2010. From June 2009 to November 2010, he was a director in the NYSE Beijing Representative Office where he was responsible for the business development of the NYSE in China. From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an associate and vice president in investment banking at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, Beijing from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Ji received a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in international economics and finance from Brandeis University, as well as an MBA degree in finance from Columbia Business School.

Peggy Doyle

General Manager

Peggy Doyle is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, branding, digital marketing, customer insights and customer acquisition & engagement. Prior to joining NQ Mobile, she was Director of Audience Marketing at Yahoo, where she led the development of pilot marketing programs. Previously, Peggy led teams at both Symantec and BMG Music that revamped consumer online marketing strategies. She also has writer and producer credits on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS and Disney films. She holds a BA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University.

Chris Stier

Managing Director for Americas

Technology industry veteran Chris Stier is responsible for NQ Mobile’s business development throughout the Americas, overseeing sales and marketing operations. He has a strong track record in the technology industry, overseeing Motorola’s operations in various regions and channels. Over the course of his career, he has contributed more than US$3 billion in sales and launched numerous new products and services into new channels and markets. Some of his key accomplishments include signing global agreements with the world’s largest distributors and significantly growing market share in key operator and distributor partners while building strong teams.

6.1 NQ Mobile will not read or disclose to any third party the private Email communication information that is transmitted using our service, unless given appropriate consent to do so.

7.1 We have provided logging function for the Emails and other communications transmitted in the process of using NQ Mobile services. Any user can select to open or close his own log record function. NQ Mobile will not read or disclose to any third party the recorded user’s private information without further consent.

8.1 NQ Mobile respects the request of any user or third party to verify his own UID information, and will correct or allow correcting that possibly incorrect information. Any user and third party can ascertain whether his information has been appropriately corrected.
