Technical Support 
If you're having problems downloading or running NQ Wizard™, please check our Installation FAQ first to see if your specific problem is addressed. If you still have questions, you can send us an email at NQSupport@NQ.com. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible, including: 
 
  • Your operating system (Windows NT, ME, 2000, 98)
  • Your email application (MS Outlook or Outlook Express), and Version (5.x, 6.x)
  • The specific error messages, if any, that you have received
 
Please note that during the current Beta test phase we have only limited telephone support, by appointment only. If you require telephone support please include your telephone contact number as well as the dates and times you will be available. We will make every effort to reach you at a time that is convenient for you.
